How to launch your session:

Follow these steps to make your launch successful

Pre-Launch (48 hs before the release):

  • WhatsApp Broadcasts allow you to reach up to 150 contacts at once, so take advantage of this tool wisely.

    Don’t send a long spammy message, this is your one chance to drive your audience to your video. Instead, send a “Hey, how’s it going?”. This message will allow you to engage in short meaningful conversations with your contacts.

    Once people start replying, then you can tell them that you need their help: “Can you help me out? It would be really meaningful to me if you dropped a comment on this new video I’m launching”. You can also give people predictable actions: “Click on the bell, like, and subscribe. I’ll contact you again minutes before the release is out”.

    Remember, use WhatsApp Broadcasts to send these messages effectively: short, eye-catching messages will ignite your contact’s attention.

  • Join HERE and say HI to the group. You can later post about your releases, gigs, network and more!

  • Let people know where to find more of your music commenting all your social media links.

Release Day:

  • Edit your Biography, About, Links and Photos.

  • Create a Playlist and add the Kiremico Video to display in your channel.

  • If you have a Facebook Page, now it’s the perfect time to drive attention to it. Invite all your friends to like and post about the new video to drive traffic to it.

  • Reply to comments in your previous videos and ask potential fans to go to the PREMIERE. Pin these comments to the top of your videos.

    If they were interested enough to comment on your video, they will be most likely to help and go watch your new session.

  • You can post an image and share a story or reel to your audience to let them know you have a new video. Remember to tag Kiremico, the sponsor and the location.

  • Comment 10 musicians per Kiremico post that we could collaborate with.

  • Gather all the material shared from the session and create a Story Highlight on Instagram called “Kiremico Session”. This will drive anyone who sees your profile to the session even after the initial release.

  • Start replying to the people who previously commented on your video, this way they get notified and come back to watch the session.
